1.The government of Benin has received funding from the World Bank to support the Power Supply Enhancement (P2AE) project and intends to use a portion of this funding to pay for the contract related to SBEE's intensive distribution network work in twelve (12) provinces (Phase 1) divided into the following two (02) sections:

LOT1: Upgrade of SBEE distribution networks in four (4) provinces of Alibori, Borgou, Atacora, and Donga (Phase 1)

LOT2: Strengthening the SBEE distribution network in four (4) provinces of Zou, Corinth, Mono, and Kufu (Phase 1)

2. Bidders may submit bids for one or two sections specified in the bidding documents.The program will be conducted through international Procurement Regulations.Interested and qualified bidders can obtain information from the Power Access Enhancement Project (P2AE) Management Unit of the Directorate General of Energy and Resources (DGRE) located at 04015 Sodj è atinm ê Cotonou Fifadji Houto Plaza, Cotonou, Benin - Attention: Project Coordinator Rock S. 3. The quotation must be delivered to the following address before 10:00 GMT+1 on April 12, 2024. Electronic procurement is not allowed. Late quotations will be rejected. 

4. All quotations must be accompanied by a bank guarantee for the amount of:

Lot 1: two hundred and fifty thousand (250000) US dollars

Lot 2:  twenty-seven thousand (267000) US dollars
