1. Keep good relationship with EHS related government or affairs department. 与 EHS 相关政府或事务部门保持良好关系。

2. Promote a positive EHS culture at all levels of Supply Chain (SC). 在供应链范围内推广 EHS 文化。

3. Assist the development of annual SC EHS goals and targets and strive to achieve these goals and targets. 协助制定供应链年度 EHS 目标并努力使之实现。

4. Conduct risk identification & assessment and then design and implement practical risk management procedures and strategies. 进行风险识别和评估，并制定风险控制程序和措施。

5. Develop, implement, monitor and continuously improve site EHS procedures and programs, so that the sites comply with all applicable China EHS regulations and EHS standards. 制定、实施、监控和持续提高 EHS 管理程序，确保现场的安全生产符合中国的 EHS 法规和标准。

6. Prepare budgets, reports and forecasts for the responsible areas according to organizational requirements, recommend approval and ensure compliance. 按照公司要求和规定，制定 EHS 预算、报告和预测，以确保符合性。

7. Identify site EHS training needs, develop and conduct the training plan. 识别现场的 EHS 培训需求，并开发和实施培训计划。

8. Occupational disease management process, Work permits issue, safety daily inspection, JSA promotion and contractor safety management. 职业病管理，危险作业工作许可证签发，安全日检，JSA 推动和承包商安全管理。

9. Incident prevention and incident root cause analysis, reporting, action following up. 事故预防和事故源分析、报告和改进措施的跟进。

10. Lead the people and organization development of EHS team. 引领环境安全管理团队组织和成员的持续学习和进步。

11. Emergency preparedness and response coordination. 应急准备和应急响应协调。

12. Manage the EHS systems running like firefighting, access controlling, waste water and exhaust gas process, PPE etc. 领导消防系统、门禁系统、废水废气处理系统等安全硬件系统，以及个人防护用具的预算、运营维护与更新。

13. Smoke-free factory management. 推进无烟工厂管理流程。

14. Other tasks from manager. 上级安排的其他事务。

1. Engineering background, with bachelor degree in safety, mechanism science, chemical or other related fields; 工学背景，安全、机械科学、化学或其它领域的大学以上学历

2. National Certified Safety Engineer is preferred. 最好获得国家注册安全工程师证书

3. At least 5 years’ experience in plant EHS total management. 5 年以上工厂 EHS 全面管理经验。

4. Good Chinese and English communication skill; 良好的中英文交流技巧

5. Good communication/ presentation skills, good cross function communication skills. 良好的培训和呈现技巧，良好的跨职能沟通能力

6. Good working knowledge of SHE operations and leadership as team leader. 良好的 EHS 运行管理经验和领导力

7. Familiar with OHSAS 18001 or ISO45001. 熟悉 OHSAS 18001 或 ISO45001

8. Enough experience on safety management and firefighting; Good relationship with EHS related government andaffairs department. 丰富的安全管理和消防管理的工作经验;与 EHS 相关政府部门有良好的关系

9. Based in Shanghai Minhang plant office, business trip to Shenzhen averagely at least once per month, some overtime working is needed on situation. 常驻上海闵行，平均每月至少出差一次深圳以及根据实际情况加班工作。
