中国国际贸易促进委员会包头市委员会（市归国华侨联合会）自2023年成立以来，深入贯彻党中央关于对外经济贸易、侨务工作的方针政策，落实自治区党委、市委决策部署，积极推动对外经济贸易、促进对外交流合作，同世界各国、各地区经济贸易界及有关国际组织、海外侨胞开展联络交流，切实推动实现“以贸聚侨、以侨促贸”，成为市委市政府联系经贸界的重要纽带及与境内外工商界交流合作的重要桥梁，全方位支持我市对外开放。

为充分发挥市贸促会（侨联）连接政企、衔接内外、对接供需的独特优势，经市民政局批准，成立了包头国际商会，秘书处设在市贸促会（侨联）国际联络部，由市贸促会（侨联）指导开展工作。包头国际商会将深入贯彻落实市委各项安排部署，围绕构建对外开放新格局，开展对外贸易、投资促进、商事法律、信息联络等经济技术合作交流活动，为会员开展国际经贸往来搭建平台，提供服务，依法维护会员的合法权益，促进会员国际业务发展。

To leverage the unique advantages of the CCPIT Baotou Committee (Baotou Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese) in bridging government and enterprises, connecting domestic and international resources, and facilitating supply-demand linkages, and with the approval of the Municipal Civil Affairs Bureau, we have establishe the Baotou Chamber of International Commerce. The secretariat is located within the International Liaison Department of the CCPIT Baotou Committee (Baotou Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese), under the guidance of CCPIT Baotou Committee (Baotou Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese). Baotou Chamber of International Commerce will actively implement the arrangements and deployments made by the Municipal Committee, focusing on constructing a new pattern of openness. We will engage in economic and technical cooperation and exchanges related to foreign trade, investment promotion, business law, and information liaison. Our goal is to provide a platform for members to engage in international economic and trade activities, offer services, legally safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of our members, and promote the international business development of our members.

请务于12月4日前，将加盖企业公章的入会申请表和营业执照复印件扫描件发送至邮箱btccpitgjllb@163.com。市贸促会（侨联）拟于2023年12月底前召开包头国际商会第一届会员代表大会，具体时间另行通知。考虑到减轻企业负担等因素，包头国际商会暂不收取会费。

Please submit the completed membership application form with the company seal and a scanned copy of the business license to the email address btccpitgjllb@163.com by December 4th.  CCPIT Baotou Committee (Baotou Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese) plans to convene the first member representative assembly of the Baotou Chamber of International Commerce by the end of December 2023, and the specific time will be notified separately. Considering factors such as easing the burden on businesses, the Baotou International Chamber of Commerce will not collect membership fees for the time being.
