1. professional knowledge on IFRS is a must;

2. experiences in 4 big firms/IBD of global investing bank/senior investor relations in mid-big lisiting companies;

3. project experiences in fund rasing and daily investors communications;

3. must have the ability to organize/build the business model and financial forecasting independently;

4. mature skills on communication with current/potential investors in private fund rasing and IPO; 

5. fluent in English and Chinese.

Job Responsibilities：

1. Participate in the company's capital market operation projects, including but not limited to mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, investment and financing, equity option incentive plan, public offering of shares, etc., to ensure that the company's valuation level is reasonable;

2.Responsible for capital market information management, pay close attention to changes in market regulatory policies and industry development trends related to the company, make regular comparisons and research analysis, and put forward relevant rationalization proposals;

3. Responsible for constructing the company's financial model, and objectively and positively forecasting the company's financial situation; 

4. responsible for the fund-raising activities such as TS, DD, agreement negotiation, BoD related works, amendment of AoA and shareholders registrationa; 

5. responsible for investor relations management and investor relations external materials, coordinating information communication between the company and various securities market participants such as regulators, investors, intermediaries and media;

6. Convening of the board of directors, preparation of materials and drafting of resolutions;

7. company compliance, rectification and listing preparation;

8. ESG related work.
