展览预告|心灵瑜伽——李金灵禅绕画作品展

前言Preface

       自2005年以来，禅绕画风靡欧美二十多个国家和地区。它被誉为来自美国的心灵艺术。每个人都可以在设定好的空间里，用简单重复的图样，创作出不可思议的美丽图案，实现个体自我发现与成长。

      Zentangle has been popular in more than 20 countries and regions in Europe and the United States since 2005. It is known as spiritual art from the United States. Everyone  can create incredible and beautiful patterns with simple and repetitive patterns in the set space. Everyone can realize self-discovery and growth.

       李金灵女士学习禅绕画近三年了。她说：禅绕画像茶，已成为了我的生活习惯。每天都会有个瞬间，我的某个情绪被照见，我就把它“一次一笔（One stroke at a time）”地画在纸上，希望“一切皆有可能（Anything is possible）”。

      Ms. Li Jinling has been studying zentangle for nearly three years. She said: Zentangle likes tea. It has become my habit. Every day there is a moment when one of my emotions is illuminated, and I draw it "One stroke at a time" on paper, hoping that "Anything is possible." 

       她说：禅绕画提倡不分好坏，没有对错。不预设，不做判断。如果放松和专注地画，可以达到冥想的状态。禅绕画简单有趣，鼓励人们拥有感恩和欣赏之心。

      She said: Zentangle advocates no right no wrong，no good no bad. Without presupposition and judgment. You can achieve a meditative state when you are relax and concentrating on painting. Zentangle is simple and fun, encouraging the people to have gratitude and appreciation.

       因为图样来源于中外古今的历史、时尚、艺术、自然和生活。艺术家们将不同图样有机组合成禅绕画。所以禅绕画的每一笔，都是在和中外顶级艺术家在交流，每一幅禅绕画都是站在世界大师的肩膀上的创作。本次展出作品70幅，分《爱》、《平衡》和《归》三部分。

   Because the patterns come from the history, fashion, art, nature and life ,ancient and modem, Chinese and foreign. The artists combined different patterns into zentangle. Therefore, every stroke of zentangle is in communication with top artists all over the world, and every zentangle is a creation standing on the shoulders of world masters. There are 70 works in this exhibition, divided into three parts: Love, Balance and Return.

       她说：如果有人看到我的画，有想静下心来，去补充和尝试的冲动，我做禅绕画公益的初心就实现了。我祈愿热爱生活的朋友们，我们一起爱自己、爱他人、爱世界，找到自己的修行方向。

      She said: If someone sees my zentangle and wants to calm down, has the urge to enrich and try, my original intention of doing zentangle for public welfare will come true. I pray that friends who love life can love themselves, others, and the world , and find our own spiritual direction together.

艺术家简介

Artist profile

李金灵女士原籍河北，现居杭州。她从事过航空、旅游和金融行业。她迷恋禅绕画，累计完成禅绕画纸砖1200多张。她酷爱旅行和读书，游学过50多个国家和地区。

Ms.Li Jinling is  from Hebei Province. She lives in Hangzhou now. She used to be in the aviation, tourism and finance industries. She is obsessed with zentangle and has completed more than 1,200 paper tangles. She loves to travel and read, and she has visited more than 50 countries and regions.

In May 2021, she  obtained a certificate of completion in the first watercolor advanced training class at the Academy of Fine Arts of Zhejiang Normal University

2022年8月，她在中国抗衰老促进会精神与心理健康工作委员会、深圳市深度学习与现实技术研究院主办的《心灵之港～全国禅绕画艺术家跨年个人作品展》获得金牌荣誉

In August 2022, she won the gold medal honor in the "Port of the Mind ~ National Zentangle Artists New Year's Eve Solo Works Exhibition" which hosted by the Spiritual and Mental Health Working Committee of the China Anti-Aging Promotion Association and the Shenzhen Institute of Deep Learning and Reality Technology

2022年11月，她获得第20届亚洲禅绕画认证师资格证书

In November 2022, she obtained the 20th credentials of Certified Zentangle Teacher —Asia

2023年6月，她的作品在香港亚洲文化艺术基金会主办的《春暖花开～李金灵和她的伙伴禅绕画迎春作品展》荣获金奖

In June 2023, she won the gold medal in the "Spring Warm Blossom ~ Li Jinling and Her Partner’s  Spring Zentangle Works Exhibition" hosted by the Hong Kong Asian Culture and Arts Foundation
