Key Responsibilities:
Support the Gatekeeper on nominated Ocean Freight opportunities.
Manage incoming RFQ’s and work together with all stakeholders in preparing, finalizing and delivering a timely and winning tender response
Engage with country teams and regional pricing teams to ensure all bid responses are checked & validated for accuracy, adherence to customer’s requirements
Evaluate country pricing to bid and benchmark against comparative bid data, so as to optimize customer pricing effectiveness
Develop and maintain strong connections with internal customers such as Commercial Owner (CO), Trade management / TM, and cross BU section ... etc.
Work with diff level colleagues/management to facilitate and enable competitive OFR pricing solutions based on customer needs.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Degree holder or related subject experience
Knowledge of Ocean Freight forwarding business and understanding of supply chain logistics will be advantage
Minimum 3 years ocean product related experiences
Operations experience in a complex global environment
Effective time management with problem solving and decision-making skills
Proven ability to work independently and work flexible as a good team player
Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel
Good command of English and Mandarin with both written and spoken
Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Pricing Analyst
